GuardState terms of use
These public terms describe the boundaries of the GuardState software and do not grant trading authority.
Software role
GuardState provides operations, evidence, policy-administration, and explicitly commissioned control-boundary software. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, or source of trading signals.
Operator responsibility
You are responsible for account authorization, provider agreements, configuration, personnel access, trading decisions, regulatory obligations, and validating the system for your use. Paper mode is the default; live execution must remain disabled unless every applicable server-side gate passes.
No performance guarantee
Demonstration data, Stack Scan results, guardrail examples, and avoided-risk views are educational operating evidence. They are not customer results, investment advice, a guarantee against loss, or a security certification.
Prohibited data
Do not enter seed phrases, wallet private keys, broker credentials, or regulated customer data into public forms, analytics, documentation examples, or uncommissioned integrations.
