The scanner is designed to identify relevant components and control relationships using bounded metadata and integrity information. It is not a credential collector and does not need brokerage passwords, seed phrases, or private keys to produce an initial architecture assessment.
Inspect before sharing
A private scan can be inspected locally before anything is shared. The evaluator can review detected component classes, control surfaces, and sanitized findings before deciding whether an evaluation manifest should leave the controlled environment.
Sanitized handoff
Where a buyer chooses to continue into a hosted or institutional evaluation, GuardState can work from a sanitized manifest rather than raw source content. The objective is to minimize proprietary information transfer while preserving enough evidence for control analysis.
What a scan proves
A scan is architecture and control-discovery evidence. It does not prove provider execution, live-capital authority, external certification, or regulatory approval.
