Observe without granting authority
SDK instrumentation can identify agents, correlate financial intent, and contribute signed evidence. Telemetry itself never becomes execution permission and cannot manufacture an Acceptance or Execution Permit.
Identity and integrity
Signed envelopes bind the applicable workspace, agent, event, time, key, nonce, and digest information so receivers can detect malformed, expired, tampered, mis-scoped, or replayed evidence.
Portable integration model
The SDK is designed to sit beside existing agent frameworks rather than replace them. GuardState governs financial consequence independently of which model, orchestration framework, research stack, or agent runtime produced the proposal.
Developer evaluation
Developers can first inspect GuardState through the public evaluation and protocol surfaces. Production credentials, provider connectivity, or a live-capital account are not prerequisites for understanding the authority model.
